I was overall dissatisfied and could not recommend others to this establishment. Although the car does look good and they cleaned the outside and inside of the car before I picked it up and fixed the truck bed cover after they got it jammed and I pointed it out (I’m detailed). I do not believe that Alves had my best interest. I had to pay over $900 in repairs at other facilities from damage done to the truck during our tire blow while towing our 5th wheel that Alves was not interested in doing, even though discussed. The reasons being, that I feel Alves did not have my best interest, was when I showed up the first day, Jacquelyn, the production manager, told me “They only do what’s in the estimate”. Which was disappointing because it wasn’t a very good estimate to begin with. I requested that the alignment be checked and fixed and was told by Jacquelyn that “It was road tested and didn’t pull to one side, so alignment wasn’t checked or fixed”. I took the truck the next day after picking up from Alves to have the alignment checked and fixed. Sure enough, it was a good amount out of alignment. I personally found it hard to drive straight, and quite dangerous on the highway, compared to what it used to drive like before the accident.

I do not believe Alves had my best interest. During interactions with the production manager, I often felt like I was a liar or lunatic because my observations and opinions seemed not to matter and work that was needed was brushed aside.
