My vehicle suffered significant damage from a collision while parked in a parking lot. The entire rear gate hatch was crushed. Fix Auto Body Shop restored my X5 better than brand new. Jefferson is professional and personable and his team has excellent skill. Originally I had intended to utilize a big chain repair shop, but I would have to have called a number to schedule an appointment for them even to look at the damage. They also do not work on the weekends, which is the only time I could get time to have the damage assessed. All in all, I much prefer supporting a privately owned business that puts out their best work on every job.

Absolutely, I would recommend Fix Body Shop in Summerville to everyone. I was much happier than the big corporate chains. The family owned business seems to pay attention to quality over quantity.

The workmanship is outstanding. I think my vehicle looks better than when it was brand new. The paint and polish job is extremely high quality and isn't far off from a premium show car paint job.

Jefferson took my vehicle in a half hour after I showed up and brought it in for him just to look at. This was a Saturday when all the other shops were closed. The fact that I didn't have to call to make an appointment for a month or two in the future was a huge bonus. He walked me through the whole process with the insurance, the estimate process (the insurance company provides the cost estimate) and the repair process and what was required.
