Stacy had my case and kept me well informed throughout the repair process. He also explained clearly all procedures with my insurance company. The team got me temporary transportation promptly and delt with return of same when I went on vacation during repairs. I was able to contact Stacy with questions and got prompt responses. The scope of repairs was explained well and updated when additional damage was discovered. When I brought the car in, I mentioned that I had a blinker light issue and he explained it was a light bulb issue and took care of that as well. When I picked up the car it looked good as new and ran like a dream.
