1st u start with an amazing customer service rep up front. She has a great smile she shares with you when you first walk in and makes sure you are understand the full process. 2nd your estimator was fast and explained everything thoroughly. 3rd my Yukon looks amazing... the work done is beautiful but the bonus was when I opened the door and found my my car had been detailed. I am a wife of a disabled vet, I work 2 jobs and run a small business with 2 kids. My car is the collet all from my busy life and to find it had been cleaned and to perfection almost made me cry. Your team went above and beyond expectations! Thank you.

I was very impressed with American Way Auto Body employees' customer service. The staff was very friendly and professional. I had a moonroof leak and was told by another auto body shop employee that I would have to completely replace the moonroof. The repair cost was more than I could afford. Another shop recommended American Way to me and after describing the situation to Connor, he took a look at the problem and determined he there was a less expensive way to fix the leaking. I left it overnight at the shop and they were able to fix the problem so that I haven't had any leakage at all! I will certainly recommend American Way Auto Body to anyone that might have a car problem!

very personable staff.. made the whole experience stress free. Really appreciated that the guys didn't like the way the initial install of parts fit together so instead of elivering a faulty build, they went and got new parts, and still finished the work on time. thank you!
