Your receptionist was not the least bit helpful or professional. Long story short, she asked me for the insurance checks that were sitting on her desk. When she asked me for them, I began making calls to my office and Kevin Hammel was making calls to the insurance company. When Kevin figured out where the checks might be and she found them, I asked if she thought to look there first. She gave me a snide look and never apologized for making me wait or the inconvenience she put me through. I won't be bringing any of our fleet there again.
