The car was pretty quickly fixed and cleaned when picked up. The only thing I wish there was is more communication. We called and emailed for details/projected completion date and never got a response.

I took my RAV4 to the Anaheim Hills Body shop, as I got into an accident. The front grill as completely smashed, along with the front bumper & damage to the hood. John Hayes took a look at the SUV. He was very professional, and got me an estimate within a few days. The shop used OEM Toyota parts. They reset the codes to the sensors. I got the RAV back in 3 weeks. It looked brand new. It drives very well. I had a good experience with them. Special thanks to John Hayes, for keeping me updated on the progress of the car. I would also like to thank Kristina, from AAA, who kept me updated on the progress of the RAV4.
