They didn’t do a good job on my car I show him I have some scratches on my car he asked me $500 to do them but when I pick up the car he didn’t do it telling me the money was to low I’m very unhappy

The repair isn't done yet as the shop is still waiting on a part. STILL WAITING! They had my car for weeks and it's still not done.

Both my husband and I called for a status after they had my car for 10 days. They never returned his call. I had to call back again to finally hear something. By that time, I had already gotten a rental because not having a car for 10 days (and no idea when I'd get it back) was very inconvenient.
