Most would depend on their insurance company for referrals but if they needed suggestion, I would refer based on the work done but suggest that inspection for parts not be done in advance if you tell customer when they drop the car off they need to figure out what is needed since that is another delay and just adds more time to wait to get the car fixed

I had thought when I came the week earlier you would have ordered the needed parts and did not expect to be told when I dropped the car off that you needed to determine what parts were needed. This was a surprise and I am sure that is why it took 8 days after I dropped it off to complete the work on my car. The work is well done but the planning time from inspection to completion needs adjustment. Thank you!
