From the start of making the appointment to drop the car off all the way through pickup, I worked with Emily at the Collision Center. She was professional and courteous. She kept me updated every week through the repair process. She was proactive in doing this so I didn't have to call. I really appreciated that. The repair result looks very good. We were also really pleased to see the car was thoroughly cleaned and detailed inside as well as outside. Thank you!

Customer service was great when I was in the shop. No complaints at all. The only reason for not giving a 10 is because I never received an update on my repair until I called to ask. I know things take time, my project just went past the estimated completion date (totally expected) but I never received that updated completion date.

There was a little miscommunication at the start. Where we thought we were just getting an estimate. As it turned out the estimate was done and parts were put on order to begin the repair before we heard anything. So this was unexpected but worked out fine once we understood what the process was. We just didn't understand it fully up front
