The vehicle looks like new- no small fear for a 15 year old vehicle. They even vacuumed and shined up the inside… not easy either since we tote around 3 kids. The only thing I would have wanted to was little more communication about when it would be ready… I had to call to get status updates. But, they did a great job and super friendly staff.

They did excellent work… and I would have updated my first survey answer to 10 with lower numbers for customer service… thought everyone has always been friendly and helpful when I spoke to them. It was just frustrating to not be informed.

The work done was excellent. The car has not looked this good in years- clean and shiny inside and out. I only wish the communication had been a little better while it was in the shop. It took three weeks, which was fine, except that I was originally told it would be done a week earlier and had to call myself to get an update rather than being notified that it was going to take longer.
