Based on my previous experience with ANH Collision, I knew exactly who to call when I needed work done on my car. I immediately called and Craig the General Manager answered. He remembered me, and immediately put my mind at ease. I simply knew he would take good care of me. Craig is kind, courteous and attentive. We need more people like him. He is a true gentleman! In a world where we get so busy that customer service often falls along the wayside, Craig displayed customer service at levels that are above and beyond measure! Although your rating system only allows me to give a 10 star review as a satisfied customer, I would give Craig and his staff a 100 star review as a very satisfied customer if I was able. I sure hope the owner of this company knows how wonderful Craig is.

Great overall experience. I feel the whole back of the truck should have been painted to match the repair on the Rt side and the new bumper. I know it’s a work truck just looks really noticeable that one side is brand new and the other side is old . Not that much more paint would have been needed to make it look right.
