You installed a new door lock in my Mercedes-Benz but did not reconnect any of the censors. The door currently has 5 codes and many of the security and convenience features no longer work. I now have to pay a different shop to take the door a part once again to correct the work I paid you to do.

First, let me start by saying how much I LOVE the outcome of my rear tail gate. It looks FANTASTIC! I love seeing my back end (lol) so much now. Feels like I have a renewed love for my van again. However, I was under the impression that we were fixing both the front and back of my vehicle. Did the front office use the wrong estimate?! I was expecting to pay around $1,000 out of pocket to pay for the front to be fixed as well. Don't get me wrong $250 was a lot nicer on my bank account, but don't want to miss this opportunity to get my car FULLY fixed. Also, the back tailgate automatic open button is no longer working. It doesn't even attempt to open or make a sound. Is there a reason for this? Did something get disabled?Other than that I am totally satisfied! Thank you SO much!!
