Everyone I interacted with at Apex was extremely friendly and came across as eager to help. What kept this interaction from being a 10 was the fact that I had to reach out on several occasions in order to receive updates about what was going on with my vehicle. It would’ve been nice to have received proactive communication to keep me informed. It also seemed like my vehicle may not have been started on when I first dropped it off as I think 12 days passed between drop off and when a supplemental insurance request was submitted. I understand busyness and delays happen, it just would’ve been nice to have been updated on timeline expectations along the way.

Very little contact from my adjuster and he kept pushing back my pickup time with what seemed like a new excuse each time despite having asked me to wait to bring my vehicle in to assure the fastest repair time I was told 2 weeks and waited 2 months for a repair and that was after I waited a month to drop it off
