There is one huge problem. The store has a gas thief. I filled my tank the day before and went maybe 30 miles. When I picked it up it said 49 miles to empty. This is a huge problem. Lucky for the company that given my job I cannot come in and make a huge scene. I’m very glad I emptied the car of valuables

New car dealer set my appointment with Apple for specific date and time to drop off. I called several days prior to confirm. I show up and they could not find my appointment anywhere. Said they were backed up couple months. Then Jayme called the GM who was out sick, who evidently was the one who dropped the ball. In the end, Jayme handled the situation very professionally, promptly and courteously. I commend Jayme for this. They took my truck in immediately and completed the repair in 2 days! It looks as good as new! Great job by the staff of turning a bad beginning to an over the top finish!
