The end result was great. No issues with the work done at all. The only issue I really had was the communication. They are very difficult to get a hold of sometimes and I would be the one to reach out to get updates without knowing what was going on.

Waiting for a callback. Several issues. Was told the mirror was replaced, got there to find the mirror was still scratched up. They put the new mirror itself in then, there are still gouges and scratches on the outside; therefore it was not replaced like they said. Scuff marks on the driver door had to be buffed out when I brought it to their attention that it was still there. The rims on the car are a graphite material and now they’re all shiny because they “repaired” them when they have to be replaced, you can’t repair the graphite material rims. The front driver side bumper is blotchy and missing paint. Waiting on Apple Collision to contact me and my insurance back in order to remedy the situation.
