We started Apple Collision Centers after larger chains surfaced in the area. The need for customer service and one on one care was a big part of our decision to start our business. We have 3 shops in the surrounding counties. All are shops are customer oriented and provide high quality workmanship. Customer satisfaction and a great repair is the goal. There are some sensors that are flashing maintenance needed. I’m not sure if they need to be reset or if something is actually wrong with them. The sensors appear to be associated with devices located on the front of the truck.

Besides the lack of communication and mix up right at the end about the completion time, I was completely satisfied. The car looks great. Good as new! They told me it would be about 2 weeks and it was 2 weeks to the day. They cleaned it up nicely for pick up. It was so nice to drive away in my car again! And like I said, everyone there was super nice.
