Paint and clear coat is pelling. The guy i talk to is a smart ass. And they yaked on my garbage bar it's bout to fall off. And he said they won't fix anything. Wouldn't recommend saints to my worst enemy

This has truly become the worst experience I have ever had in getting a MINOR/COSMETIC repair done to my truck, the only experience. I truly feel disrespected. My truck was driven /handled recklessly. My interior was a wreck. I feel I was lied to but pictures don’t lie. I pick up my truck only to find that there is a huge crack in my windshield. Tell me, how am I supposed to to feel?? I was there for 1 hr while the team was trying to figure it all out and the person who drove my vehicle never bothered to show up after he knew that I knew. What??? Then… it’s the blame game? Let’s call the shop in MADISON that installed the PFP? I feel .. I left my truck in your hands whatever happened to her before you handed her over to me is YOUR responsibility. At this point I don’t know if I could be anymore disappointed. I will be leaving a Google Review.

Service is what sets company's apart for me, not price. My Brand new Volvo EX30 was rear-ended with 3000 miles on, I had only driven it for 5-6 weeks. Needless to say I was very frustrated. On top of that their insurance was being very difficult to reach and so my amazing insurance agent Jeannie Gregory of State Farm, told me to Go ahead and bring the car here and they would deal with the insurance company so that way I could go ahead and get my car fixed considering I just got it. So I dropped it off. They gave me an estimate of a couple of weeks and all I can say is they stayed in communication the entire time it was here. I have really appreciated the updates because most companies don't do that. Jeff, my adjuster was amazing. Everyone I dealt with at the shop was amazing and they were actually done with my car 3 days ahead of time. And it once again looked showroom new. If I ever need anything else done I'm coming here. Which is why we're going to be bringing my wife's XC90 into get a scratch on the door fixed. Not sure if ownership will see this but you have a great crew here, from the back all the way to the front! Thanks for running a great customer service first business, you have earned mine!
