The body work, up to date communication about repairs and overall professionalism of the employees was great. However, as soon as I got into the vehicle and turned the AC on it began blowing hot, which prior to bringing it into the shop for repairs the AC was working great. I have not been able to get the vehicle into the shop to have the AC looked at but hopefully I will be able to understand what the problem is and why it happened during its time at Saints.

I was well pleased with the work, communication and my recent total experience with Saints Collision Center. Taz, my technician in charge, was great! He always kept in touch, got back to me when I had questions, explaining to me what they were doing and why. He listened, was professional, nice and pleasant to deal with.
