I left with more problems than I went in with. A part of my front bumper/grill was replaced with a part that is a completely different color from my car, the locks on my door are no longer working properly and they feel as if they were replaced with cheap materials. The locks weren’t even supposed to be repaired/replaced. The replacement part doesn’t seem to fit properly and is buckling, my bumper is now misaligned, my door interior is not secure.

The initial estimate was a bit brusque, but after I dropped the car off, John called every couple of days with a detailed report on how things were going and where we were in the process. I felt as if my car were in good hands!
