This is difficult to rate because I was in contact with Jamie every week after my one month of car rental coverage ended with my insurance and he said he would try to get car finished sooner, but of course parts were back ordered, then wrong part sent to you, then he didn’t have a technician available to get car cleaned up last Fri as I was led to believe, so we had to wait for the weekend, then car wasn’t available on the following Monday because they discovered another missing item( door guard)…. So we had to pay over $600 out of pocket for car rental because repairs took so long…I know you all work hard but it is frustrating from a consumer standpoint!
