Pros: I didn't have to wait too long for services (less than 3 weeks), and the car looks good. Decent price for brakes. Cons: I called Apple Collision to see when the car would be ready and was told they were just waiting on a safety inspection so I could pick up the next day. I picked up the next day, and the screeching noise every time I brake was still present (what has now been identified as my brake pads). Even if it were determined that this had nothing to do with the accident I was involved in, I would have expected this issue to be raised, so I could have fixed it before coming to pick up the car. Not sure how the car passed a safety inspection with a grinding noise still occurring when it was driven. And initially, license plates weren't put back on my car. It makes me feel like little details were missed, which would make me apprehensive about using the services again, despite the fact that this place was recommended by my insurance.

I had an excellent experience with Apple Collision from start to finish. From the moment I called looking for a body shop near my home, the team was responsive and professional. Demi was incredibly caring and took the time to truly listen to my needs. My biggest concern was securing a rental vehicle, as I work in healthcare and rely on my car to travel throughout the city. She made sure that concern was understood and addressed. Jesse was also outstanding—very transparent, professional, and proactive in keeping me informed about the status of my vehicle. The communication throughout the entire process was consistent and reassuring. What stood out most was that this wasn’t just customer service—it was a genuine customer experience. They treated me with care, respect, and attention, like family. I truly appreciate the level of professionalism and dedication they showed, and I highly recommend Apple Collision to anyone in need of quality auto body repair.

One thing about me is that I expect top customer service wherever I spend my money and to get the job right. This place was right on the money. Half of a previous estimate and super fast. Super impressed and will come back if ever needed again.

Very dissastisfied. You guys completed my car , and everything in the car looks good. However, days after I picked up the car I was told to lie to my insurance to fix some problem. You guys input some error into the system and now it’s my job to figure out and it’s so upsettng. The insurance still hasn’t figured it out. You told me to pick up the car within 3 days and that everything would’ve fine. I picked it up within 3 days and everything is not fine. I am very disappointed. I am never coming here again.
