Their customer service was great. They were so friendly and professional. They explained everything thoroughly and made sure I understood the process with insurance and they were very prompt on emails throughout the process. Just lovely to interact with each time I went to the shop

The repair looked great. My complaint would be that my car had a very weird smell after I picked it up. Almost like gasoline you use to light a campfire. I don’t know if it was the materials but it took a while to go away. Also they didn’t check my alignment. I was hit from behind and I notice my car pulls to the right now. I think that should have been included in the repair

Jesse, Demi and the team are a delight to work with! In my almost 15 years of driving, I've never been in an accident but found Apple Collision after I was rear-ended. I had just recently started driving my mom's car after I inherited the vehicle after she passed. It's more than a car to me and I was extremely anxious about navigating how to properly handle the insurance claim and covering repairs. Jesse and Demi took all the worries off my mind. They are kind and upfront with their initial inspections, extremely communicative and thorough in their work. I have already recommended them to friends and colleagues and will always sing Apple Collision's praises!
