Arcaro’s was noted as a highly rated collision center by State Farm (my insurance company). I was particularly concerned about locating an Audi Certified repair center and was told there were none (within 100 miles) that were recognized as an approved vendor with State Farm. I visited Arcaro’s and received an estimate; Brian scheduled the anticipated repair and continued to reach out to me regarding the status of the repair. Brian was honest, knowledgeable and an excellent communicator. He was professional explaining State Farm’s position, my policy coverage and repair issues. Because of Brian, throughout the repair process I believed my repair was being addressed and the end result would be the best it could be. Accidents are stressful and a big disruption. I appreciate and am grateful for the service I received at Arcaro’s. I am also very satisfied with the final result. Thank you.
