Communication is key and needs to improve. I used to work for an auto body shop and we would call and inform customers of any additional damage found and get authorization to repair additional damage. They didn't do this and they over-promised their repair time. I was told 2 days, it actually took 4. And it was us calling them to find out when it would be done; not the other way around.
