My vehicle was “promised” to only take a day or two but it took 3 days. The representative explained at the time of pickup that they found 2 brackets that needed to be repaired which is what took an extra day. I was still notified via auto generated emails that my vehicles expected completion is postponed which was nice but if I was in need of my vehicle to get around, I would have been in a crunch. Overall, good service and I would go back to them for a different repair.

The bumper has some small gouges along the top side of the bumper where it was chipped and blue paint is visible. There are three or four the longest about the length of an index finger. That is all though. Everything else was satisfactory and very friendly staff
