Tom and the staff were wonderful! As a young woman, it can be a bit daunting and skeptical to bring a car into an auto body shop, and the staff was absolutely incredible. Tom was very transparent, mentioned all the steps involved in getting my car fixed, both with the work that would have to be done and the process of claiming through insurance. The itemized billing was incredible, and loved the transparency. In addition, when picking up my car they even gave it another wash and dropped it off right in front for me! VIP service.

I had minor damage to my brand new car and I called 15 places only 2 we're willing to take me I chose Tom at Arlington collision bc of his kindness and hospitality. They were fast but the most professional I've ever seen. Still there for me afterwards anything I need I seriously recommend this place .
