An experience to remember. Given it was my first ever car accident and in need of repairs, I was recommended to Arl. Co. after a frustrating experience with a previous collision repair service. From the beginning to the end, not only was my car brought up to its original state, with exceptionally well done work but, I too was treated with great care (beyond my expectations) with regular updates on the status of repairs. On top of it all, repairs were completed days before deadline. In addition, I was also urged by A. C. to check on an unexpected other minor problem with my car and they refered me to a different service company to consult with. Yet another good experience, too. All in all: -On time. -Highly responsive and steadfastly responsive to my calls and texts. -Regular updates on the status of repairs. -Felt personally taken cared of. -Car is in it's original shape. -Job finished days before originally set deadline. -Staff is polite and efficient. Amanda stood out as an exceptionally well-informed, skilled, and hard worker; very polite and patient. I couldn't more highly recommended A. C.. The entire experience was such that I'll continue working with them on general maintenance of my car in the future.
