This is my second time using this collision center for repairs on my car. I appreciate every staff membe, especially the mechanic who worked on my car. They did an amazing and excellent job on the repairs as well as the customer service provided exceeded my expectations a second time around. Having two repairs for an accident I was not at fault for in such a short time span was extremely frustrating however I left 100% satisfied. A very grateful customer, thank you all so much!

This is my second time having car repairs done at Arlington collision and they did not disappoint. The customer service and work on my vehicle were spectacular! Communication was easy and effortless, throughout the process, starting with receiving the vehicle estimate and time allotted for repairs. Everyone was incredibly professional and kind. Then an appointment was made, that suited my schedule, to drop off the vehicle. During that time I was informed, by phone, an additional part would need to be ordered, but the anticipated pick up date was still the next day. When I picked up the car the next day it was sparkly and beautiful. The handover of the keys and customer service were top notch with a thorough inspection of the finished repairs.
