Everyone was nice, helpful, and patient with any questions I had. I never had to ask how the progress was going on my car because the staff kept in touch with me through email and phone. And they handled contacting the rental car people so I didn't have to. My experience was very positive and not stressful. The repair on my car looks good and if I ever need body work done on my car again, I will bring it back to Bailey's Crossroads Auto. Thank you for such a good experience.
