Didn't receive the updated text messages even though I completed the paperwork for how to communicate with me via my cell #. My husband received the text and emails instead. I finally received a voicemail message to my cell # that my car was ready for pickup but that wasn't until my car was finished. Before that, my husband was receiving all the updates.
