The people I dealt with the most, were fine. Most people spoke to me while i was in the office. The lady at the door, the first person who see when you walk in, did not speak to me. She addressed the one question I had for her, but first impressions are everything. So with her being the first person to walk through the door, she should greet each person with a Good Morning or whatever time of the day it is.

Customer service was outstanding from the outset when I came in to reserve my car's repairs. Kept fully informed along the way. Car pick up was easy and the staff member at the counter to the staff member who arranged to have my car brought forward were simply splendid. Repairs looked great.

They were ready to take the car when we called; they told us they would finish by 2/20, and they did finish on 2/13
