Arlington Collision completed a beautiful job on my car! The kept me updated throughout the repair process so I never felt I needed to call them or feel anxious about closure. My car looked new when I picked it up! Every employee, from the front desk people, to those who inspected the vehicle, to those who did the physical repairs, was polite & skilled. They took their time with every explanation and treated me with genuine care & courtesy. I recently took my Honda CRV 2025 to Arlington Collision Center to repair the front bumper and grill. The bumper repair was handled, but unfortunately there was some miscommunication between employees regarding the grill. I had to make two trips to pick up my car, and when I arrived the first time, I noticed the grill had not been repaired as discussed. While I understand that mistakes can happen, the lack of clear communication caused inconvenience. I hope the team improves their internal coordination to provide a smoother experience for customers in the future.
