My repairs took almost 2 months and communication only started after I made a big deal about it. I have stains on my seat that weren’t there before and it was just an overall terrible experience. No plans on ever coming back.

Received no updates on my vehicle when it was being held longer. When it was finished I was handed the keys and not pointed to the direction of my vehicle. I was left wondering the entire lot looking for my vehicle. Luckily I have LoJack on my vehicle to locate where my car was

I could be wrong but I don’t think yall like doing quality work. Brian had my car for two days and looking at the car it looks as though it was rushed through. I still have my under guard hanging on the ground, I asked him to look into why my ac was leaking but I got a bullshit answer of some pinholes being in the sunroof and that’s why it’s leaking under my dash. And I explained these things happened after my car was hit. So in my head I don’t think yall care about quality just quantity. $2700 just to still have to take it somewhere else. 1 star on every level including customer service. I’ll never return and shouldn’t have after last year when yall wanted an arm and a leg for a down payment

There were alot of communication gap, huge delay (my car was there for month but I was told a week). The lies and disappointment were out of this world. I told them to reach me via email but they choose to call my phone and because of that they kept my car 5days after repair while I was paying for a rented car. The experience was a total disaster. I regret bringing my car to Arlington toyota. They caused me pain, unnecessary expenses. Customer service was -0.
