We had to bring our RAV4 back to fix a bumper that wasnât flush with the body panel and our rear lift gate wasnât closing correctly. When we got it back the second time there was a scuff on the rear bumper and some putty or something like that on the hood that took me some time to get off and if I hadnât noticed it would have damaged the paint!

The lady at the front desk is NOT friendly!! The lady that helped us with the claim for USAA in the body shop was great! That why I gave them a 7 or otherwise it would have been a 5-6
