Pleasant and helpful. They always wash and clean the car inside which I really appreciate. This last time beyond fixing my dented bumper they touched up scratches over the entire car.

We have always been happy with Armandos service but had an issue this time with the after market parts that were used on our vehicle. We understand the Insurance company only approved these parts, however, they did not properly fit the vehicle and had to be redone.

The following is the review that I am currently posting everywhere I can: When I was involved in an auto accident in September, I immediately knew I was going to use Armando's Collision Center. I have family members who have used them several times before and were extremely happy with their repairs. Needless to say, I was very distraught, not only due to the accident but the fact I just purchased my brand new car the evening before. Tom was always my contact from day 1. He is very friendly, understanding (remember- distraught) and always kept me in the loop. With COVID and the delays from the auto manufacturer, my repairs took over 4 months. The entire time, Tom would call me regularly to keep me informed of ETAs on each part. He would even contact me to let me know if there wasn’t an ETA just so I knew he was still working on getting the parts in. He helped calm me down and answered my MANY questions along the way- always patient and friendly. He worked directly with the insurance company and I didn’t have to worry about a thing. The day I finally was able to pick up my car, I couldn’t even tell it was in an accident. It was gorgeous! They take amazing care of the vehicles and pride in their work. Anyone that I had contact with at Armando’s from day 1 was extremely nice, friendly and helpful! I HIGHLY recommend Armando’s for any/all of your accident/body repair needs!
