Peter is exceptional and made my experience super easy, while I know it is a team of super great employees, Peter at Arrow Body Shop Leads by example; he kept me calm and guided me through the process immediately following my accident, it was so refreshing to be greeted and guided properly despite what was happening. The peace of mind quickly having my vehicle towed and secured over a long weekend without any long wait time, responding to calls past closing until my rental car was confirmed and vehicle removed a secured from the city street, gentle reminder to contact the insurance company, checking in with next steps and expectations and still continuing to be just plain kind and supportive. Living in the inner city can be rough but working with Arrow Body Shop has been just a refreshing reminder by their level of professionalism care that these qualities still exists. My final surprise was my vehicle was spotless upon pickup, cleaned inside and out. Peter and his team at Arrow Body are good people and truly amazing. Thank you again and again!
