1. One part that was scratched at the accident was still shown. A body shop crew came out rubbed the whitish surface and asked me to bring the car back if I still see the scratches. 2. Dead battery: Our car didn’t start so that a jump start had to be performed. - when I went to the store for an estimate the same scene happened to a different customer. I thought that was interesting. 3. Low tire pressure: The tire pressures were low so that the car was drove into the body shop again to put some air into the car. 4. Once I was back, I gave a ride to my son who sat in the passenger side backseat. He could get in the seat, but the door doesn’t open from inside. I had to open the door for him from outside to let him out. I have to bring the car back to the Arrow body shop to resolve the door issue. 5. When I had an estimate, we were supposed to leave the car for 4 to 5 days. But we ended up leaving the car from Mon to Monday. The store said they were going to give an update, but that never happened. On Thursday, I called to check the Status. On Friday, I called again and had to hear that an ordered part hadn’t arrived so that I had to pick up the car on Monday. On Monday, again I called to find out when to pick up the car.

Phenomenal job on the new bumper. It looks original. Also touched up rock chips in other parts of the car, that was not even part of the quote. They look fantastic. Super fast and efficient had the car back in two days. I hope I never require bodywork again.. But if I do, I know where I will be heading. Jason
