I was told over the phond that there was a 10% charge if I used my credit card. I showed up to pick up my car and used my debit card and was charged 3%. I would've preferred it on my credit card but rep at the desk wasn't able to refund the amount to my debit card and charge it to my credit card. The lady said she wasn't sure what to do so she gave me $10 and that was it. If I had known that the charge was 3% and not 10%, I would've used my credit card to begin with. But other than that everyone is always super friendly and helpful.
