Darrin and Lou were great. They did a lot of work on my car and made sure that everything was safe and good to go. They helped me out a lot when the car had some additional issues and needed to be kept longer, helping me with the additional costs and keeping me in the loop with the updates.

Repair was fantastic- great detail went into the work. The shop made sure I was all squared away with my alignment and suspension in addition to the body work.

Darren did a great job getting my car towed and taken care of the day after the accident. He was the only auto body shop that got me in to get my car looked as soon as possible. He responded to my texts and phone calls to answer all of my questions. Lou did a great job providing me with answers and assistance regarding timeline and completion of my car. They compensated me generously when my car was not completed during the anticipated due date paying for my car rental and service for additional body work. Lou answered all my questions and concerns even after I picked my car up from the body shop.
