My car was recently hit by a deer. The entire drivers side of the SUV was completely damaged. I received my car repaired and beautifully detailed really quick. I still don’t know what work was done to my vehicle, I still don’t know if my rental vehicle was returned, I was told by Tesla that the way I was treated is outside of the parameters of an approved Tesla autoshop. I had higher expectations. The only reason I’m not leaving a 1 it’s because somebody brought the car to me. Even then, I wasn’t told they were coming. They just showed up.
