So the repair itself was good. But listening to the instructions beforehand a 0. We had a third party paying for this and they were supposed to wait on ordering parts until such party paid at least a deposit. They did not, Ordered parts scheduled it for repair and upon completion I had to pay to get my car back when the 3rd party was no where to be found. Next time just listen to your customer. Thank you

Scratched door handle on damaged door was not replaced, but otherwise the repair was done well.

Making an insurance claim at the beginning of the process was never mentioned and caused delay at the end of the repair. Only a quick apology was offered.

Replaced a driver door mirror. Still did not function correctly until Ford programmed them into the computer but that was your fault. Once programmed they now work properly.

I have had my car repaired at this location before (prior to it being Arrowhead), Chad is a wonderful guy who takes his work very serious and I respect. I had a lot of kick back from the other parties insurance company which is not Arrowheads fault by any means. I was issued a loaner vehicle which I was grateful for, however it was for a month and during 90 degree weather with no AC. CHAD WAS NOT AWARE IT DID NOT WORK. My vehicle looks much better. There are a few spots on my door handles that have balled up clearcoat, maybe from getting wet? Perhaps it rained before dry? What bothers me more than absolutely anything and I think it would anyone, is every time one of the 4 doors is shut there is an obnoxious rattling noise that sounds like it’s coming from the back bumper. Very loud. Also my passenger side tail like fogs up with condensation but the driver side did so now they match I guess. The rattling noise to me is unacceptable. Sorry if there are typos I this has been done on my phone and will not allow me to proof read. Take care!
