Arrowhead was very easy to deal with. After I dropped my car off, they told me that it may be 2-3 weeks until they could get a part. But, then they let Me know that they were able to order the part from somewhere else and my car was ready the next week!

See previous comment. In addition, my first appointment was scheduled for the Duluth location and wasn’t for 3 weeks. But, they called later and said that there was an immediate opening at the Superior location, so I went there.
