Great service my repair which seemed minor at the time turned out to be a much bigger deal than originally thought as reported by an auto repair shop. I brought my F150 to Arrowhead fully expecting it to be 2 weeks. They sourced the parts and got my truck back to me in 6 days ( two of which were over a weekend)! When I picked it up not only were the repairs completed to my full satisfaction but the truck was washed and cleaned to the point of being detailed! Good Job Arrowhead!

It was estimated up to 10 days and my car would be done. It was closer to 21. I get waiting for the door to come prevented that but there’s gotta be a better way to get those parts from other stores/cities. I am lucky that my rental was covered as long as it was. Past that 10/10. Staff were all kind.
