Greg told me on a three way call with my insurance company he would get our personal items out of the car when I gave permission to release the vehicle now most everything was stolen when we went to AIIA to retrieve our belongings

Again, the issue with the interior having a sour smell from the cleaning not being done properly.

The only issue that I discovered is that when the detail group cleaned the inside they did not give it adequate time to dry. This has caused a sour smell from the interior that we are attempting to rectify.
