First of all, this has been a fantastic experience dealing with Phoenix Collision in Raleigh NC. Every week, the shop manager would give me a call with all the updates on what’s going on with my car. The work itself is excellent. I would just remind your technicians to be mindful of their hands when inside the car, as I had to clean dirty fingerprints from the back seat (I have no children, so nobody ever rides in the back seat), and the driver's side door.
