I am not satisfied with the quality of the repairs completed on my vehicle. The main issue is that my car was not restored to its pre-accident condition. After repairs, the trunk/deck lid is a noticeably different shade of white than the rest of the vehicle, and the paint mismatch is very obvious in daylight. I brought the issue to the attention of both AAA and Auburn Collision, and while the mismatch was acknowledged, no meaningful effort was made to properly correct it. I was told some variation was expected due to the age of the vehicle, but prior to the accident the car was one consistent color. After weeks of delays and communication issues, it was extremely disappointing to finally receive my vehicle back with visibly mismatched repairs that do not meet the standard I expected from a professional collision repair facility.

I had a disappointing experience with both AAA Insurance and Auburn Collision. The main issue is that my vehicle was not restored to its pre-accident condition. I reported the issue immediately, but AAA dismissed the concern by saying some shade variation is expected due to the age of the vehicle. However, before the accident, my car was one consistent color. I expected proper paint matching and professional repairs, not a visibly mismatched vehicle. Between the delays, poor communication, and unacceptable repair quality, this experience has been very frustrating. Based on my experience, I would not recommend AAA Insurance or Auburn Collision.

The car looks great. I almost didn’t follow through because I could see no damage, but when Sarah inspected the car she showed me that there was damage on the other side of my bumper than the side they hit - the force pushed out the bumper a bit on the other side! So glad I followed through.

This process was so easy and efficient. My CSAA Claims Rep, Todd Crawford, was in touch immediately and answered all my questions. Auburn Collision Center’s capable, knowledgeable, friendly staff accommodated my timeline. Sarah saw to it that my car was expertly repaired, and when I got it back I was astonished that it had been thoroughly cleaned - inside! My car hasn’t looked this good since I drove it off the lot when new. Thank you!
