The car looks great. I almost didn’t follow through because I could see no damage, but when Sarah inspected the car she showed me that there was damage on the other side of my bumper than the side they hit - the force pushed out the bumper a bit on the other side! So glad I followed through.

Auburn Collision Center’s capable, knowledgeable, friendly staff accommodated my timeline. Sarah saw to it that my car was expertly repaired, and when I got it back I was astonished that it had been thoroughly cleaned - inside! My car hasn’t looked this good since I drove it off the lot when new. Thank you!

Excellent work on my vehicle, excellent customer experience, repairs completed in half the time I was expecting. Auburn collision even arranged for me to return my rental vehicle to their shop so I could swap it for my (repaired) vehicle without having to arrange for a ride there then return my rental separately. They also offered to take a dried sap spot off my paint that was not associated with the damage. Car was returned fully detailed inside and out. Cannot say enough good things about their team and the work they did. The service I received is a benchmark for how I’ll judge every other customer experience I encounter.
