I should have followed my instincts and got a second quote, I met with Kevin on a Friday afternoon for the initial quote he was focused on the front bumper and hood of my car I told him that there was a couple issues, he completely blew off one that was going on with my right side front tire/abs and I also told him about the A frame plastic interior piece that had prped out and seemed to be broken because of the plastic pieces all over the dash. Kevin said he would look at this but I needed to call AAA and let them know, when I turned my car in for repairs the receptionist said the same thing so I called the representative from AAA left a message didn't her back from but I did get a call from Kevin the next day saying that yes that piece was broken and they are going to replace it. The next day Kevin calls me saying me car is fixed and I can pick it up so I do and the piece is still broken but he fixed some other plastic pieces on the out side of the car. Kevin told me he would order the parts and it would only take a minute to replace I haven't heard back from Kevin or Auburn collision center yet. My car is still not fixed and I don't have a lot of confidence the car is fixed correctly.
