The detail job on the car was rushed. Chemical residue was left on windows, doors and instruments. All my electronic were disconnect and wiring pulled out and left out.

The finish left on the car looks like the skin of an orange. It looks good if you don't look for it. It's a 20 20 job you can't see it from 20 feet away or at 20 miles per hour.

Had a flat tire 2 days after I picked up the car. AAA towing mentioned that the lug nuts were not tightened when he went to remove the tire.

They removed my kayak racks to do the repairs and put them back on backwards. They also did not put two of the licking mechanisms back on

Accidents suck but Everyone there was helpful from the beginning of the process to the end. They dealt with the insurance company so I didn’t have to which is a real stress reliever. My car is as beautiful as the day I bought her 10 years ago. Thank you Johnny, Jeff and Suzanne. Couldn’t have gone thru this process without you.
