I don't think the rating scale is acceptable as 10 should not represent satisfactory or satisfying a 5 rating is what I would consider satisfied and above this should be available to the consumer. There is nothing to strive for as an organization if your just keeping customers satisfied. Overwhelm us with better than satisfied
