So far, the repair looks fine. Great staff. The estimates missed their mark by almost double in time and cost. You need a supplier that doesn't deliver damaged parts.

Car looks great. Just think that they were not very thorough. I had filled out a form when the vehicle was dropped off and stated not to start the car as the radiator was broken. At the end of the day they called me to tell me that the damage was limited to the under car panels. When I asked about the radiator they told me that they didn't know anything about it. The next day my adjuster Nick called me to tell me that he didn't think that I even hit a deer and that he thought that all of the damage was pre existing because there were no holes in the bumper. I asked him if he wanted me to bring the dead deer in for his examination. .

I have to bring my vehilce back to them. They didnt replace the fender (still has deep gouges in it) theres a bolt that holds bumber on from top, ( not even in there the bolt dont fit) The bumper is NOT flush with the fender( upon checking theres NO seal between them) the clips are either broke or not there.
