Tim went above and beyond for us. He found us replacement parts on sale and take his time to ensure a high quality outcome. Can’t thank him and his staff enough. As ties are getting tougher financially and everyone seems to want to raise rates and keep squeezing their customers it’s refreshing to have Austens still making strong efforts to give a high value product while not taking advantage of the customer.
